  Jewel and History

• • As a space that introduces jewelry craftmanship of the Baekje Dynasty, the origin of Iksan, and its spirits, replicas of Ipjeomri gilt-bronze shoes and belts are displayed to show amazing jewelry workmanship and heritage.
  • At the ”Development of Civilization and Jewelry”, a large image panel exhibits the development of ancient civilizations and a four-minute video titled “Historical Journey into Jewels” introduces the meaning of jewels, the first use and the process of popularization, engaging visitors in the rich history of jewelery.
  • At the jewelry story corner, the meanings of birthstones are shown in a 3 minute and 30second-video on the top screen, the touch screen at the bottom provides information on the meaning of birthstones and episodes from January until December and displays real birth stones.
  • The four stories about jewelry, inlcuding Sedong and Princess Seonhwa, Cursed Jewelry, Jewels used as Medicine, and Heungbujeon are played in a 2-minute and 30-second comic animation and mini-sized diorama to attract younger visitors.
